Field Entry

With the implementation of mobile and web-based daily reports, field crew members can now submit their daily reports directly, significantly reducing reliance on paper documentation and minimizing the risk of double entry. Data is recorded once, ensuring that it seamlessly integrates into the system to generate payroll, equipment time cards, and additional job-related charges. The inclusion of a review and approval process enhances data accuracy before it is forwarded to payroll.

Capture Key Information

• Crew Labor: Construct crews and log hours spent on the project by day, categorizing them into regular, overtime, and double time as necessary.
• Equipment: Record hours for each piece of equipment, distinguishing between operational, idle, and breakdown periods.
• Quantities Installed: Monitor productivity through detailed tracking of installed quantities.
• Inventory: Input and allocate materials directly used or purchased for the project.
• Miscellaneous: Compile additional charges, including reimbursable expenses.

Review and Approval

The finalized Daily Timesheet is submitted for review and approval to the project manager at the end of each day. Once approved, labor hours are integrated into the Payroll module, streamlining the process and eliminating the need for duplicate entries and paper reports.
